SHIPPING POLICY
Freight is coordinated via FEDEX or UPS unless specifically request by the costumer. Coordination of larger orders will be coordinated by our freight forwarder or the costumer can request that we coordinate with theirs. You will be contacted by our staff to coordinate the details.
Customs, duties, and taxes
White Glacier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
White Glacier guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return the unused suit for a refund. Should you have questions on this, email us at info@whiteglacier.com.
