  • White Glacier ships from its manufacturing facility in Humacao, Puerto Rico.

  • Shipping timelines vary by order volume and current production schedule; estimated lead times will be confirmed at the time of quote or order confirmation.

  • International shipments (fleet, government, and distributor orders) may be subject to additional customs, duties, or export compliance requirements, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Freight can be quoted and arranged by White Glacier upon request, or arranged independently by the customer — whichever best suits the order.
